Interior Design
Inside the new VW Golf GTI, digital
displays meet premium materials for a pleasant and engaging experience during
every journey. Key features include push-button engine startup, a
leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front sport seats, and ambient lighting.

Performance
The 2022 Volkswagen Golf GTI is powered
by a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, which delivers up to 241
horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Drivers can choose between 6-speed manual
transmission or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission for all three trim
levels.

Technology
A standard 8.25" touchscreen
infotainment display houses media and navigation controls that are fully
compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. At the same time, a dynamic
digital instrument panel projects essential driving information in your line of
vision for easy access. Other standard features in the new Volkswagen Golf GTI
include wireless device charging and a 7-speaker audio system, with available
features including a 10" touchscreen, a 9-speaker Harman Kardon sound
system, and a built-in navigation system.

Safety
Standard driver-assist features for the new
Volkswagen Golf GTI include Forward Collision Mitigation, Automatic Emergency
Braking, Lane-Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Adaptive Cruise
Control. Available add-ons include a Head-Up Display for driving information
and an Automated Parking System.
