    Friendly. Had an appointment for just an oil change and tire rotation, and I was a little disappointed that it took 3 hours to do it. Doesn't seem like they got to my car until 2pm when my appointment was at 11am. Tried to sell me additives for fuel and oil when it was unnecessary.

    Got a message from VW that parts were in and to drop my car for service. My car was supposed to be ready that afternoon or the next day. We kept calling to go pick up the car and NO ONE would give us an answer or call us back like promised. As it turn out, the car hadn't been fixed because not all the parts were in. These things happen but to keep my car in the shop when it couldn't be fixed and not call me is beyond pathetic. Obviously it didn't occur to anyone to return my car until you had the parts. I went without a car as my car sat in your shop without being able to be fixed. Your customer service is horrible.

    As usual, the service was done in a timely manner and well communicated. My issue is GJVW has now started adding a service charge to all invoices if a credit card is used. The hat should be a cost of doing business. I expect the vast majority of customers use credit cards. This is just “nickel and dimming” customers.
