Staff are very courteous. However, the door handle replacement took much longer than the 4.5 hours estimated and the functional outcome is bad. The driver’s side door handle does not smoothly function - it takes two, three, sometimes four attempts to unlatch the door when unlocked.

I was happy with the service experience, but a bit disappointed that they didn’t charge my car while it was there. They had it for two days, and could have easily plugged it in and charged it up for me. I guess I need to specifically request that service?
