Scheduled annual service and to remedy recall issues. The person who scheduled appointment told me they were ordering parts so they would be available to deal with fixing issues. When I showed up 3 weeks after setting appointment, I was informed they didn’t have parts and they didn’t have time to do the computer chip update, that I would have to come back. I live 2 hours away.

VW of GJ is excellent at service. I brought my car in for one issue, and they quickly discovered another significant issue. Gary made time for my car to get fixed there on the spot and back on the road shortly thereafter.
