    We had a very rough experience with Gary Hoaglund the service advisor. I know Gary is going through some personal issues with a family member being sick but it seems like the stress from that is being passed on to the customers. Gary used to be a very enjoyable person to deal with in the service department but now I cringe at having to deal with him. This is the second time my wife and I have not been treated very well by Gary. This incident is my wife needed to have the battery replaced in here 2018 VW Tiguan. She took the car to the dealership and spoke with Gary, she got an estimate that seemed high. I told her the website showed a significantly cheaper price for the battery then what she was quoted. When she mentioned this to Gary he was very rude and said she would have to deal with the parts department about that and took her back to parts and made her explain everything to parts and he walked away. The parts department was very helpful and did honor the online price. She then went to pay for the service and asked Gary if there were any discounts available and Gary again very rudely stated there are no available discounts. The problem with that which my wife did not know at the time is that again the GJ VW website says there is a 10% discount called service your way and says save on any maintenance service or repair. We did not have a very good experience and Gary does not seem to want to be bothered with having to do a little extra work to provide good customer service it almost seem like he is burned out with his job.

    Travis and Logen were wonderful to work with over the past 2 years and give amazing customer service. They saved my business from never returning to VW again. They both need a raise!!

    Very good car care. The service consultant Gary was helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything. The service technician Nathan did a great job fixing my car. He made sure everything was inspected and taken care of. And the service ride driver Kelly is always awesome. So helpful, friendly and safe driving. Kelly really is the “secret sauce” that makes VW of Grand Junction so awesome
