The service team accommodated my late arrival due to an interstate closure and still finished service very quickly. They also arranged to have me meet with a sales rep to answer questions about some VW features.

I like taking my VW here! This last time I had a full service plus! I was disappointed when my auto displayed that I was out of windshield washer fluid. I assumed that was part of the $500ish I paid. One other minor complaint. When they wash my car I wish they’d use cleaner cloths on the windows. They are consistently smudged and I have to redo them. Eric, Kelly and Travis (sold me my VW) are ALWAYS friendly and attentive! I haven’t mentioned the above to them but I’m certain they’d take it seriously. Again, these aren’t major issues. Just annoyances and they might want to know.
