Email communication prior to my visit was great! I set up a time to meet and they were expecting me. Very attentive to my needs, patient thru my decision process and not pressuring. I was at the dealership as a single female and they didn't make me feel unknowledgeable about the vehicles as I had never purchased a VW before.

I came in for an issue with travel assist. The steering wheel column ended up having to be replaced. I will say that it was done in a very timely manner, however, the issue was the customer service. The gentleman I was working with was very completed when I came by to pick up my vehicle. No, I had not received a message that my vehicle was ready however I had declined all services on my estimate because I just couldn't afford it at the time. I dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning at 9 AM and came by at 4 PM to pick up my vehicle. It should've been done by then. When I came to pick it up, I asked if it was finished and the gentleman in the glasses basically cut me off and was complaining about. He just had gotten back from lunch and then I had declined everything and it seemed like he was very frustrated and upset with some thing I had done on my end, so it felt very unprofessional and inappropriate. He said my vehicle wasn't finished and that it was not even at the dealership. Even though you could clearly see my vehicle was in the garage. So I said, I guess I would just be coming back, referencing it as a question. And he did not respond. So I left and received a call from the same gentleman with a completely different attitude about an hour later, stating that my vehicle was ready. When I came to pick up the vehicle, he had a very different tone. Not necessarily apologetic, but just that I should be very thankful that they were able to replace the steering wheel column and they had it in stock when they typically don't. Which I do understand because the last time this happened and I had to have the same exact issue fixed the steering wheel call him took 2 to 3 months . It was a great experience because this is the first time I've had a rough experience at the dealership. No this does not make me want to come back quite frankly I would rather go to a dealership in denver with concerns for my car, then go to the local dealership.

While i appreciate the service team i was frustrated that i was told my service would take 3-4 hours. I made another appt for my car for 4 hours after my start time only to have it take over 6 hours. They did my recall item but again if i had been contacted to tell it would have taken longer i could have changed my other appt.

Eric helped me with my most recent service on my 2020 Jetta. I've been using VW for service since I purchased the vehicle, and although everyone at VW has been helpful, Eric was outstanding. His kindness and patience left me with no doubt that I was getting the right care for my vehicle, and nothing superfluous would be "suggested" so that they can just make more money off of me. Thank you again Eric for all of your help, I look forward to the next time we get the chance to do business.
