Dropping a star in my rating as a result of having to return to the dealership to have a couple fluids (coolant and windshield washer) topped off, with those warning alerts/lights triggering, after being informed the day prior that this had been addressed during the service. However, I will say that Gary (service advisor) was always immediate to help and seemed to have my information and needs in perfect recall!

I had an excellent experience with Cole at the Grand Junction location. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Cole took the time to clearly explain the diagnostic results and all of my options without pressuring me into unnecessary services. The communication throughout the process was outstanding—I received timely updates and felt confident my vehicle was in good hands. I chose a 5-star rating because of the honesty, efficiency, and genuine care I received. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and personable, but Cole went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced correctly and returned in perfect condition. I will definitely return for future maintenance and highly recommend his service to others.
