We Purchased the extra warranty that covers oil changes and such. Never had it before I noticed this time that the car wasn't washed. We have owned Tiguans for the past 9 years and always had the serviced by VW. they were always washed and vacuumed out. Kinda Disappointed that with the extended warranty that its not done any more a heads up would have been nice that the service isn't included
