The service department and service writer were fantastic and fast as they can be. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that the person who took the call and scheduled my appointment was not informed enough in what the 80K service on my Jetta entailed and therefore she told me an hour for service instead of the 3-4 hours the writer needed.
